One-Stroke, Magazine Fed Stapling Action for Securing a PEX Layout used with In-Floor Radiant heating Installations.

This non-jamming, magazine-fed stapler operates from a standing position to secure a layout of PEX (polyethylene cross-linked tubing) to a wooden sub-floor or base of foamboard. A solid, non-stick, one-piece polymer magazine slide directs tool weight over the stapler head for maximum control and comfortable one-handed, one-stroke staple insertion. Exclusive Malco staple designs secure layouts of 3/8, 1/2 or
5/8-in. (9.5, 2.7 or 15.1 mm) PEX. PEX-to-wood staples feature sure-gripping, ring-shank steel nail inserts in a non-abrasive plastic collar. Staple designs for securing PEX to a base of 1-in. or 2-in. (25.4 and 50.8 mm) foamboard are a one-piece, all-plastic design with molded-in dual barbs for increased bite.
